Calibrated, Kitted Up, Ready to Go
Here’s to a summer of improved health and happiness:
- My workout wardrobe just received a serious upgrade;
- I own my first heart rate monitor;
- I re-calibrated my Nike+;
- and I’ve made new training friends that live in our ‘hood.
Add to all of that London’s first dip into the 70s (F) for the year, and it’s all I can do to keep myself strapped to the office chair!
